When your relationship feels stuck, uncertain, or at a turning point.

You love each other. But something isn’t working the way it used to. Maybe you’re having the same argument on repeat. Maybe a big decision is creating tension.

Maybe you simply want your relationship to grow instead of drift.

I support couples who want clarity, honest conversations, and real forward movement.

Maximize your personal and professional potential

What actually is coaching?

The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as a partnership with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

In real life, that means this:

Coaching helps you see your patterns clearly and respond differently.

It is not advice.
It is not about changing your partner.
It is about understanding your reactions, your expectations, and the dynamic you are co-creating.

When you slow the conversation down and become more aware of what is happening underneath the conflict, new choices become possible.
That is where real change begins.

»I support people in crucial relationship moments, creating more clarity and a safe space for decisions, change, and new beginnings.«

My expectations for my work

These are the standards I hold myself to in every session.

Professionalism

Coaching requires formal training, clear boundaries, and ethical responsibility.

I work within the standards of the International Coaching Federation and maintain confidentiality, structure, and defined agreements, so you always know what to expect.

Collaboration

Coaching is not advice-giving.

It is a partnership where both partners are actively involved. We explore patterns together and build shared understanding rather than assigning blame.

Humanity

Every voice in the room matters.

You will not be judged or criticized. Even when conversations are difficult, the space remains calm, humane, and constructive

Equity

A couples coach does not take sides.

My role is to maintain balance, ensure neither partner dominates, and help both perspectives be heard with equal weight and dignity.

Where does Cookies and Tea come from?

I'm often asked where the name of my sessions comes from: Cookies and Tea.

During my travels around the world, in every house, every apartment I lived in, there was one principle: my door was always open.

Over time, whenever life in the big city became too tight, too loud, too chaotic, friends would stop by and settle onto my couch to take a break.

And what do you need for a proper break?
Exactly: tea, cookies, and a listening ear.

Breaks became sessions, listening became professional coaching.

Wow, another gem of a session. Thank you Bea. It's hard to explain how you make me feel so curious about the things holding me back. I feel like we open a door together and you stand beside me while I take a look inside, accepting me completely. Thank you 🙂
