About me
Bea Trost
Relationships matter deeply. They influence how we feel at home, at work, and within ourselves. I work with individuals and couples who are at a turning point, navigating conflict, change, or uncertainty.
Together, we create space for thoughtful conversations, clearer decisions, and new beginnings that feel grounded rather than reactive.

So much energy after talking to you. Great ideas that I will use right way. I feel that this time I had so much to say, words came out very easily. Thanks a lot !! Looking forward to the next session.

The "trust" was here within the first few minutes, and that's exactly what I needed to be able to work together. No pressure but going with the flow was really appreciated. Looking forward to the next coaching session. Thank you very much!

Bea demonstrated a remarkable balance of empathy and challenge. I appreciated the clarity of her framework, the structured approach, and the depth of knowledge she brought to the conversation. Her adaptability was truly impressive, and I’m genuinely looking forward to what comes next.

Where does Cookies and Tea come from?
I'm often asked where the name of my sessions comes from: Cookies and Tea.
During my travels around the world, in every house, every apartment I lived in, there was one principle: my door was always open.
Over time, whenever life in the big city became too tight, too loud, too chaotic, friends would stop by and settle onto my couch to take a break.
And what do you need for a proper break?
Exactly: tea, cookies, and a listening ear.
Breaks became sessions, listening became professional coaching.
